Over my 40-year investment career, I have endeavored to provide clarity and perspective on the ever-changing policy, economic, and financial market environments.  My primary focus continues to be on longer-term fundamentals and strategic investment decisions.  Yet market trends can shift quickly, periodically allowing for shorter-term or tactical portfolio adjustments.
